In my original article on Jubilee I hinted, by the choice of the name Jubilee (and via a link), that my ideas were inspired by those in the Torah, specifically in Leviticus chapter 25. On Sunday this week, I spoke at my church about that chapter. I stayed away from my own ideas about how a modern Jubilee-like system might work (which you can read about here), focusing instead on some features of the system described in the Bible. Hi Tim, There appears to be no search function on the church website to search for older sermons.
The word “listen” (above) is a still-working link to the recording.
Now the sermons have been removed from the EBC website altogether. Not sure if you kept a copy of your own?
I might well have a copy somewhere, but the Wayback Machine definitely does. I’ve updated the link to point to their copy now.
